Manufactured from cast iron, this German made Petromax Cast Iron Dutch Oven is all you need when cooking on an open fire. Cast iron is renowned for excellent heat retention and this oven is ideal for creating tasty soups, stews, casseroles and more whilst basking in the beauty of nature.
The oven features a notched handle and a hole for a thermometer. The Petromax Cast Iron Dutch Oven 1.6L version has a lid that can also be used as a pan or trivet and briquettes can also be placed directly on top of the lid, so the oven is heated from all sides – great for baking bread.
