Regular use helps maintain the perfect edge, and replacement ceramic wheels are available individually or in sets to keep your sharpener performing like new.
While designed for the Signature and Professional kitchen knives, it can also sharpen most other plain-edge knives. Please note: serrated blades should not be sharpened with this product.
