It is equipped with the Peugeot pepper mechanism, which comes with a lifetime guarantee and is still unequalled in performance. You can use the button on the head of the pepper mill to adjust the size of the grind: the tighter it is screwed, the finer the texture. Conversely, if you loosen it will provide a coarser pepper that will extract more of the flavour.
