Description
Beautifully handcrafted in South Shropshire, the Netherton Foundry Spun Iron Chef’s Frying Pan combines traditional British craftsmanship with everyday practicality.
With deeper sides and a gently curved profile than a classic frying pan, this versatile chef’s pan is designed to do a little bit of everything — from fluffy omelettes and sautéed vegetables to seared steaks, crispy fish and rich sauces. The generous cooking surface and extra depth make it especially useful for dishes with more movement and moisture than a standard frying pan.
Each pan is handmade from durable spun iron and pre-seasoned with Sussex flax oil to create a naturally non-stick cooking surface without synthetic coatings. Ready to use straight away, the seasoning develops over time, improving with every meal and creating a pan that becomes uniquely yours.
Unlike heavier traditional cookware, spun iron offers excellent heat performance while remaining easier to lift and handle. Suitable for all hob types including induction, gas, electric, ceramic and range cookers, these chef’s frying pans are also ideal for high-temperature cooking and can move easily from hob to oven (remove wooden handle covers where applicable).
Beautifully made, built to last and designed to improve with age — this is cookware to cook with for years, not seasons.
