Crafted from lightweight spun iron, it heats quickly, responds beautifully to temperature changes and develops a naturally non-stick cooking surface with regular use.
Pre-seasoned with natural flax oil and completely free from synthetic coatings, this compact pan is ideal for making perfectly round blinis, drop scones, mini omelettes or children’s pancakes. Its lighter weight makes it easy to handle, while the solid riveted handle provides excellent balance and durability. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, as well as ovens, barbecues and open fires, it’s a small pan with endless possibilities.

Material: Hand spun iron
Care instructions: Never clean the cast, black or spun iron bowl, lid or pan in a dish washer. Don’t place, when hot into very cold water. This might cause it crack or warp. After use, clean the bowl with a stiff plastic brush and hot water.
