About William Morris
Poet, painter, novelist and conservationist. Despite his many, many talents, William Morris is most famously known as the founder of the Arts and Crafts Movement and his integral part in the revival of the British textile industry.
Designing some of the most iconic textile patterns of the Nineteenth century, his beautifully intricate works take inspiration from the natural world and are still as popular now as they were then. Cooking Kneads has selected a small range of quality kitchen textiles, including tea towels and aprons, which feature his timeless designs.
