The Silverwood Tarte Tatin Dish is handcrafted using traditional techniques in our signature anodised aluminium.
A heavy duty pie tin can be used for making this most fashionable dessert as well as savoury pie in the traditional way. The unique combination of extra heavy gauge and excellent heat distribution, allows fruit to be caramelised in the dish, on the cooker hob, eliminating the need to use an additional pan. The wide lip enables easy turning out of the cooked tarte.

Care Instructions: Lightly greasing the anodised body before use. After use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry. Not dishwasher safe (but incredibly easy to clean!)
