Made from 18/10 stainless steel, this durable shallow casserole is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks great. It’s also highly efficient—the fully encapsulated, impact-bonded induction base ensures fast, even heating.
The comfortable stainless steel loop handles are riveted to the pot and stay cool when used on the hob (as long as flames don’t lick up the sides!). The glass lid with steam hole allows you to see inside without lifting the lid and losing heat.
What is 18/10 stainless steel? It’s stainless steel with 18% chromium and 10% nickel, making it extra durable, rust-resistant, and beautifully shiny. Care instructions: Hand wash and dry the pot and lid before first use. The pot and lid are dishwasher suitable but can easily be washed by hand.
If cleaning by hand use hot, soapy water. Stubborn burnt on stains might need soaking first.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers to clean the pot.
