How it works
– Water is boiled inside the bottom chamber of the coffee maker, causing it to rise up through the device.
– The steam passes through a filter in the middle of the moka pot, which is filled with ground coffee – this is where the infusion takes place.
– The finished coffee continues to rise, spilling into the top chamber ready to serve.
